Great place to stay

Belle Isle was clean and comfortable. The concierge was very sweet and helpful, and sorted out any issues promptly. The views from the lovely balcony are gorgeous. The apartment conveniently comes with all amenities: towels, soaps, shampoos, washing up liquid, washing machine powder, toilet paper, bin liners, etc. There is a secure parking spot. It is in a good location - near the beach and near to the shops. The washing machine is old and doesn't work well. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift.

Läget är toppen! Vi trivs i Sea Point. Nära till underbarstrandpromenad och affäreroch fina restauranger. Lite sliten. TV fungerade inte mer än tre dagar av 14. Byt ut kylskåp och nya köksredskap(knivar)

Horrible experience: - we asked a check in between 5 pm to 6 pm. They asked that it wasn't possible because the concierge "does not need to wait for an hour".The day we arrived it was raining and the intercom did not work, so we called because the concierge was waiting for us watching TV in our apartment not worrying about the intercom; -cleaning service is not offered during the stay as parking has never been available despite our constant requests; -but the worst experience was with Wi-Fi: it was viable only the day before our departure for an unspecified problem that no one had ever told us anything; - dirty and old apartment. Dirty windows externally from bird droppings, almost non-existent sunshades
