This family-friendly, self-catering apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms. Situated on the 3rd floor of the building there is no elevator in the building. Upon entering, you will be greeted by the sleek and modern design of the fully-equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs, including a washing machine for your convenience.
The inviting lounge area is fitted with a comfy L-shaped couch and flat-screen television with the dining space fitting snugly into the corner of the room. Leading out from the lounge, through glass sliding doors, is a quaint wooden deck with views that perfectly capture the vibrant energy of the city.
The main bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with elegant nightstands on both sides of the king-sized bed featuring sliding doors providing access to the balcony, while the second bedroom is fitted with a comfy double bed. The bedrooms make use of a shared bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, and washbasin with vanity. Linens and towels are provided with your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Camps Bay , Bakoven, Cape Town, 8040. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
