Clearly was once an excellent property. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Many areas of the property were in need of upgrades and improvements. Very clean. Area near the hotel is ok during the day, caution is advised at night.

- In a rather dubious part of Cape Town - No parking on or in close proximity to hotel - In other words, I got here in the dark and would have had to park a few streets away, in another garage and walk here! - And it is really a bit “grubby” - Strange TV options – one sport channel, a frozen e channel and Portuguese news!

Absolutely the best staff ever! And this is from the top all the way down. Everyone is personable, friendly, accommodating and helpful. I felt as though I was with family. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Cape Town.
