This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

Das Apartment ist ansprechend und bequem eingerichtet.Alles sehr praktisch. Vom Balkon hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick auf den Tafelberg und den Green Market Square. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung immer sehr sicher gefĂŒhlt. Der Hauseingang ist mit einem Concierge besetzt, vom Aufzug zum Flur der ApartmenttĂŒren gibt es nochmals eine SicherheitstĂŒre, die nur mit dem WohnungsschlĂŒssel geöffnet werden kann. FĂŒr mich einziger Nachteil der Wohnung war der LĂ€rm von drauĂen, wenn morgens und abends die MarktstĂ€nde abgebaut wurden und der VerkehrslĂ€rm der nahen Longstreet herĂŒberkam. Wenn die BalkontĂŒre geschlossen ist, ist in der Wohnung alles sehr ruhig. Ich werde das Aparment meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen .
