The villa "THE VIEW" is a vacation home of the absolute luxury class. The property is located in Somerset West, in the secured Schapenberg Estate on a hillside, is superbly equipped and offers holidaymakers every comfort. The villa has a spacious terrace, which can be shaded if necessary. From the terrace you can enjoy a unique view of False Bay and Table Mountain. Here is also the spacious, self-cleaning pool! The villa was built in 2005 and offers every luxury: on the ground floor there is the impressive foyer with relaxing area, as well as 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are very comfortable and modern. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom - equipped with its own, exclusive bathroom - a kitchen, a show kitchen, as well as the dining and living area.

The View is a fantastic property in a quiet community and the view after sunset is as the photos!
We would certainly recommend staying here, the owner always accommodated our requests, family staying over a night, late check out etc. and genuinely was more keen that we enjoyed our stay rather than trying to get more income. Great home for a holiday, location, setting, view has it all. Thanks

Fantastic views at Somerset West
Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist ein absolut wunderschöner Ort zum Übernachten und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Der Besitzer der Unterkunft war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung hier. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, hatte alles, was wir brauchten und es ist in einer sehr sicheren und ruhigen Lage. Ich kann diesen Ort für Ihren nächsten Urlaub nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Absolut beeindruckend!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir für unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt brauchten. Dies war erst unser zweiter Besuch in Kapstadt und wir wollten, dass sich unser Besuch weniger auf das Hotel konzentriert. Wir hätten uns keinen passenderen Ort für uns wünschen können. Der Weg nach Hause war einfach. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Haus ist wunderschön und bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht. Schöne Annehmlichkeiten, die es uns ermöglichten, uns wirklich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt. Sowohl mein Mann als auch ich mussten einen Teil unserer Ferien arbeiten und das Internet war mehr als zuverlässig und es gab keine Unterbrechungen. So ein tolles Zuhause, tolle Gastgeber und eine ausgezeichnete Lage, die man als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen nutzen kann. Es war wirklich ein Urlaub, den wir nicht beenden wollten. Secure Luxury on the Shapenberg Estate
Dieses atemberaubende Anwesen befindet sich auf einem wunderschönen und sicheren Anwesen mit Luxushäusern und bietet eine Aussicht, an die Sie sich immer erinnern werden , wenn die Sonne über dem Tafelberg untergeht. Die Aussicht ist weitläufig von Strand im Osten bis zur False Bay und der Kap-Halbinsel im Westen. Das ganze Haus wurde kürzlich neu eingerichtet und verfügt über ein im ersten Geschoss befindlichen offenen Küche sowie einer zweiten Küche dahinter, einem großen Essbereich, einem Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmern nicht zu übersehen und umgibt den großen Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 3 weitere Schlafzimmer mit Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Veranda. Draußen ist der gepflegte und gut sortierte Garten , Geführt von der wunderbar effizienten und hilfsbereiten Ingo, befindet sich dieses Tip-Top-Anwesen in einer sehr günstigen Lage in der Nähe der R44, für Ausflüge zu den Weingütern rund um Stellenbosch und mit einfachem Zugang zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Kapstadt, eine 1-stündige Autofahrt entfernt. Zu den lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten gehören die herrlichen Gärten des Weinguts Vergelegen und vieles mehr. Katrin

Wunderschönes Haus mit einzigartigen Blick!
Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet, liebevoll dekoriert, der Garten mit Pool auf der Dachterrasse sind so einladend, dass man eigentlich gar nicht aus dem Haus gehen möchte ! Die Lage ist spektakulär mit Blick auf die False Bay mit den sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen sowie der unverdauten Blick auf das Kap und den Tafelberg. Wir können das Haus und vor allem die wunderbar liebevollen Vermieter nur empfehlen! Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen, aufgrund der weltweiten Pandemie ....... aber werden das Haus mit Sicherheit wieder buchen.
