This urban-style studio apartment in Woodstock, Cape Town comfortably
accommodates up to two guests.

The property features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped
kitchen, dining space and lounge, presenting a comfy sofa, plasma
television as well as internet access. A quaint space, boasting a
magnificent view of South Africa’s Mother City, leads out from the
living area through a large glass window.

This one-bedroom flat has a glass-partitioned sleeping area with a
comfortable queen-sized bed. An elegantly designed bathroom fitted with
a toilet, washbasin with vanity, and a modern, walk-in shower. Fresh
linen and towels are provided during your stay.

WEX1 is generously endowed with on-premises facilities providing
convenience on your doorstep. The fourth floor has a pool deck and bar,
the perfect spot to relax and wind down while enjoying panoramic views
of Signal Hill and the city. Guests will have access to a fully
equipped gym, pool tables and foosball tables in this brightly
furnished area. There are three restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM, and
a liquor store on the ground floor of the building.

Start your day at The Old Biscuit Mill, home to artisan items, hip
boutiques, and the well-known Neighbourgoods Market. Take a walking
tour that highlights the vibrant murals and graffiti, created by local
artists to learn more about the vibrant street art movement in the
neighbourhood. Foodies can eat at The Test Kitchen Fledgelings or have
coffee at Rosetta Roastery. Enjoy a drink at one of the chic rooftop
bars in the vicinity, which have breathtaking views of the city and the
iconic Table Mountain.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
