Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

We had a wonderful cosy winter stay on Phillip Island at this gorgeous house. Spacious enough for 9 of us ladies with the bunk room sleeping 6. We really enjoyed the spa and the games room outside. Highly recommend this stay. Great communication and location as well.

Beautiful family home

Three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautifully maintained house. It has a genuine Australian coastal theme throughout and a few quirky reminders of beach life when Nan was young. The games room and undercover spa were perfect entertainment for a rainy, cold July visit. Most rooms have a split system which kept us nice & warm, we could have enjoyed the wood heater if there had been some firewood available.

Dream Getaway!

This was the one of the best holidays of our lives, in huge part because of this fabulous property. It was gorgeously decorated, packed with fun activities and very spacious. The spa and pool table were highlights, and its location is perfect for beach walks (we stayed in Winter). The girls and I absolutely adored the Little Penguins! We were glad we booked the viewing far in advance as it does tend to sell out. Communication with the property manager was timely, comprehensive and friendly. Even when I was confused about the booking process, he was extremely patient and kind. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals. I highly recommend this property! We are very tempted to book again in warmer weather.

Awesome experience

We enjoyed staying in this lovely house during the holiday season. The house is well maintained and cleaned with good facilities. Communication with the property manager was flowless. Very suitable for two or three small families to enjoy the company and nice location. Will definitely try to come back.
