Modern 2-Bedroom Retreat Steps from Captiva Beach

It is near Sol Mate, and together they make a wonderful and unusually private vacation complex for up to 20 guests total. Two sets of stairs lead down to the landscaped grounds, with sand and shell paths through the tropical flowers and plantings. A generous sundeck on the west side (typically shaded by the banyan tree in the hotter part of the afternoon) is furnished and has a gas grill, as well as a hot outdoor shower for rinsing after a swim in the Gulf.

This modern abode is perched in the trees on the second floor. The clean and bright interior opens onto the porch which runs the entire length of the front. Two sets of three-panel sliding glass doors may be rolled away to give the feeling of an open treehouse facing toward the beach (partial view).

The interior is freshly painted, with new carpet, new bedding, and window treatments. This is a delightful place to unwind and enjoy the great Captiva weather. Being this close to the beach is really convenient – no long walks on hot pavement! There are televisions in both bedrooms and in the living room. Covered parking for two cars is provided under the building.

The primary bedroom suite occupies the northeast part of the house. It has a private bathroom with a tub and shower.

The guest suite is on the southeast and has one queen bed. The en suite bathroom also has a tub and shower.

For additional guests, there is a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded.  After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
