- The villa is ideally situated in the quiet and protected site of Penn al Lann in Carantec and the nearby environment is surrounded by trees.
- The villa is new (year 2010) with a garden and sea views from upstairs.
- The villa also has several terraces and balconies.
- There are 4 bedrooms with twin beds (2 single beds or one double bed), a large room with 4 beds (2 pullout beds) and a room with a sofa bed. All these beds are high quality and are 200cm long.
- There are 2 baths, 3 showers, 6 toilets, a laundry room, a utility room with additional sink. - Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Excellent house to get away from it all
We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and is a short hike from a beautiful rocky beach which never had many swimmers. Carantec is an endlessly charming little village. The internet connection at the house is not great, so if you're looking to unplug this is the place for you. Not so much if you're looking to work remotely.

Perfect package
For our group of 13 mature adult sports enthusiasts the property and the glorious location were perfect. The weather was consistently hot. Our week included swimming every day from the various beaches, 4 days of road cycling and 4 runs. The table tennis was a bonus. One side of the property was a sun trap whilst the other a little cooler. The kitchen was a little small for a big group and we donated an additional coffee maker. For clarity sake boats, cycles, tennis and golf are available nearby rather than being supplied by the property.

Wonderful big house for a large group
The house is in a spectacular position near beaches and lovely walks. There are chateaux to visit, markets to enjoy and interesting nearby towns to explore.

Belle villa, tout confort, bien équipée
Très bien accueillis, tout l'equipement et les informations nécessaires. Malheureusement notre séjour a été raccourci par la tempête, bien que nous ayons été en sécurité dans cette belle maison lumineuse et bien isolée à tous niveaux.Seulement la météo de fin de semaine tjrs un peu dure allait compliquer les choses. Merci encore aux personnes ayant ou gérant ce bien de leurs attentions et compréhension.

très belle maison idéale pour grand groupe .
Tout était parfait de la réservation au départ , nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances . La maison est située dans une impasse et elle est le point de départ du chemin côtier et d'un accès à la plage . Le quartier est calme ,et la maison très lumineuse .

Ravis de l'expérience. Cadre idyllique, très belle demeure lumineuse, aux grands espaces, située idéalement pour le calme et le point de vue. L'accompagnement du sous-traitant s'est révélé irréprochable. Nous recommandons vivement ce séjour pour une grande famille
