Logement très agréable et très bien situé à côté du lac et de la rue pietonne .La place de parking est un plus sachant que les stationnements à l'extérieur sont payants .Très bonne exposition de la terrasse au soleil.Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l année prochaine .

Appartement particulièrement agréable, très bien équipé, extrêmement bien placé, très proche du lac et du centre de Maubuisson, proche des plages océaniques également.On dispose d'un très grand balcon bien exposé, de chambres calmes, d'un parking privatif et fermé, et d'un tarif locatif bien placé.Bons échanges avec l'agence de location et un merci particulier à l'adorable Marie-Line qui nous a accueillis et est prête à rendre tous les services possibles.

L’appartement est idéal pour des vacances en famille, la partie nuit est bien départagée du reste. Le balcon est extra (malgré le manque de chaise longue 😉)confortable, facile à vivre et à 1 minute des restaurants, baignade…
