Just a stunningly beautiful historic apartment - Vincent the manager was super communicative and a pleasure to meet - the pictures don't even really do the place justice! And a great central location too, easy walk to the medieval city and also the canal du midi, and super close to the shops and restaurants :) can't recommend enough!!
