It is also equipped with two covered verandas, one of which is used as a dining area. The property includes: a private garden of about 200sqm with parking space, barbecue area and outdoor shower.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Alles sauber in der KĂŒche alles da. Der Hund von den Bewohnern hat Nachts stĂ€ndig gebellt. Nach Anruf durch die Agentur war es gut. Das war der einzige Minuspunkt der Wohnung.

Confortable
La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Il a fait trÚs chaud (> 45 degrés) pendant quelques jours et nous avons utilisé la climatisation (supplément de 50 euros non précisé dans le descriptif). Environnement verdoyant, bonne proximité de la plage et des commerces. Rez de chaussée habité. Bon accueil effectué par Marco de la société All 4 Sardinia et non par Alessandro! Changement de propriétaire?

Eine erholsame Zeit !!
Wir sind sehr freundlich von Alessandro mit Wein und GebĂ€ck empfangen worden. Eine sehr gerĂ€umige und saubere Wohnung in einer wunderschönen lĂ€ndlichen Umgebung. Wir haben das FrĂŒhstĂŒck morgens auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die grĂŒnen HĂŒgel genossen. Ein weiter sauberer Strand ist fuĂlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Ein Mietauto ist aber erforderlich. Das Auschecken war total unkompliziert. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Rilassante soggiorno in campagna a due passi dal mare
Lâabitazione Ăš comoda e rispondente alla descrizione, la posizione Ăš strategica e permette di raggiungere le splendide spiagge della zona in pochi minuti. Ottima accoglienza e assistenza da parte di Alessandro, gentilissimo!

Casa molto ben organizzata, comoda, confortevole e vicina alla bellissima spiaggia di Perd e pera. La descrizione dell'annuncio era assolutamente fedele alla realtĂ . Ottimo rapporto qualitĂ prezzo. Sehr gute Wahl
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der wirklich toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alle in der Beschreibung gemachten Angaben werden eingehalten, es gab keine bösen Ăberraschungen. Alles super sauber. Besonders nett: die tolle Betreung durch Alessandro und ein schöner Willkommensgruss mit Wein und GebĂ€ck.
Besonders praktisch: zwei Terassen, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten hatte und jeweils eine Klimaanlage in der WohnkĂŒche und im groĂen Schlafzimmer. Dann noch ein extra GĂ€steklo und natĂŒrlich der Grill auf dem hauseigenen GelĂ€nde.
Landschaft und Meer: von der Wohnung aus ist es ein Katzensprung zu den verschiedenen schönen StrĂ€nden in der Umgebung. Gleichzeitig kann man schon zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck den Blick in das hĂŒgelige Hinterland und etwas Landleben genieĂen. Zudem zahlreiche gastronomische Angebote, oft direkt am Meer. Hier kann man noch das authentische Sardinien erleben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke!

Soggiornare presso sĂ domu e fideli
Clima accogliente per un appartamento confortevole e pratico per chi ama il mare che si trova veramente a due passi il tutto ai piedi di una collina che offre volendo l opportunità di fare trekking in percorsi ben definiti. Soggiorno aimé breve mà molto molto piacevole.
