Nestled just a 4-minute drive from the serene Moonlight State Beach and a 16-minute drive from the exciting LEGOLANDÂź California, this property offers the ultimate getaway for families and friends.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a full kitchen complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill and all the necessary appliances and utensils to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy your culinary creations on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

Unwind in the cozy living room, where a fireplace and smart TV with satellite/cable channels provide endless entertainment options.

The 3 bedrooms will accommodate 7 guests, 6 adults and a child, in beds.

Onsite parking is available for 3 vehicles, 1 inside the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is also available.

The entire property and stay was perfect. Great location near Cardiff and very easy access north and south on the I-5 freeway. The house and yard was immaculate and very well equipped. George was great to communicate with. Easy check in and instructions were well-thought out. The top deck with the ocean views made sunsets and sunrises very special. We’ll be back!

We loved staying at this home! It was very comfortable for our family & dog. The photos are exactly how the home looks. The back porch was our favorite place to hang out & our dog loved to play on the turf. The kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked & ate all meals at the home. The location is close to the beach. Only wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend & we will rent again!

Super Stay in San Diego area

This home was perfect for our stay in San Diego! Located just a bit north of the city, Cardiff on the Sea is a captivating and beautiful community with beaches, shops, and restaurants close to the San Diego Botanic Garden. We wished we had more time to explore the town! We loved being so close to San Diego, yet in a more relaxing environment with a small town feel. The home was comfortable and beautiful. The living area was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Great shower in the master bathroom. It’s so nice when there are directions for everything and no mysteries as to how to connect to WiFi etc! We loved the outdoor area with bar, lots of seating, a great grill. We ended every evening watching the sunset on the top deck. We were close enough to UCSD to enjoy graduation activities there. Also close enough to Balboa Park and Zoo, about 25 minutes. Host was super accommodating too.

Beautiful, comfortable, and spotless

My husband and I brought our 21 year old niece from the East Coast to watch pro live surfing. We loved the area and were super impressed with this home. It was beautiful inside and out! We loved sitting on the back patio area and watching tv by the outside bar. The housevwas stocked with everything we needed. We loved havubg the garage with the beach supplies. Washer, abd dryer! Wish we could've stayed longer! It was a peefect location and easy travel back and forth to the Trestles Pro, La Jolla, Encinitas,Oceanside etc. Thank you for the awesome home there!

We stayed at this property for a month. Beautiful home, wonderfully decorated, super clean! The owner was always available for any questions or concerns. Wonderful location. So close to Solona Beach, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Oceanside. Don't hesitate to pick this one for needs in these areas! Wonderful stay.....we hope to be back!

Amazing views of ocean! Well equipt kitchen

Our group of 4 felt like we won the lottery with this amazing home with distant views of the ocean from the kitchen window and an expansive view of the ocean from the rooftop patio. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bar for hanging out and remote work. Sunsets on the rooftop were spectacular. We are serious home cooks and the kitchen had literally everything we could possibly need cookware and tool wise. Cardiff was a great spot away from the crowds and traffic of LaJolla with quick access to beautiful Solana Beach and charming seaside destinations from Del Mar to Encinitas. We will stay here again for sure!

Perfect stay in Cardiff

The house was perfect for our stop in San Diego on our road trip. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and also worked a few days from home, even spent a few of those outside on the patio! The house had everything we needed to make all our meals and was the perfect layout for hanging out and relaxing. We can’t wait to return again, hopefully when skies are clear and we can catch the sunset from the upstairs deck!

Had everything we needed, was super clean and well appointed. The only issue we had was that the internet would drop at times, not sure this was in the owner's control so we didn't contact anyone about it. the house was gorgeous! Would stay there again.

Fantastic spot central to the best of North SD county

We stayed here for a wedding and other events. The kitchen is complete, the amenities fantastic and the communication great through the property notebook and host. Comfortable beds and gorgeous viewing deck with ocean views. Highly recommend!
