The rooms were clean and tidy with excellent amenities but clearly in need of renovation. The first room i was given unfortunately had no heating but the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient and provided me with a replacement quickly. The impromptu water feature in reception detracted from the ambiance(water leak). The beds were clean and comfortable with a large tv and the bathrooms were of good quality.

Exceptional stay… I experienced an exceptional stay at this wonderful hotel which provided me with some of the finest customer service and hospitality that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The whole team at Sleeperz Cardiff strived and achieved in making my stay world-class, absolutely terrific friendly, efficient and professional service that was of the highest order. The superior double room I resided in was marvellous, a modern spacious room which was well decorated and presented, spotlessly clean and contained all that is required for a comfortable stay including a large television, excellent speedy Wi-Fi, in room iron and board, pleasant place to sit and work and then there is the magnificent bed with dreamy mattress, lovely duvet and sumptuous pillows which aided a great nice sleep. The modern en suite bathroom was also immaculately clean present with a large shower cubicle with double headed powerful shower, fluffy towels and mist free mirror which completed the experience. The main reason that I choose the Sleeperz was its location, which is adjacent to the cities main railway station and (soon to be opened) main bus exchange, yet, the hotel is also very well position on the edge of the main nightlife area within easy walking distance of the main shopping district, in fact, most of the attractions and amenities of the Welsh capital. Overall great place. Definitely recommend
Lovely staff on reception, really polite and welcoming. Room was great, just what we needed. Room was a bit cold but we turned the heater on which had instructions on how to work it. Though it was a bit noisy. But not a problem as it heated the room pretty fast so we could turn it off before sleeping. Was a bit of noise that travelled in from the hall, just doors really, didn’t hear any voices at all, so pretty good. Over all, great place to stay, and one of the cheapest in the area. We would recommend and will return.
