Summary:
We welcome guests to come and stay in our stylish loft apartment - Relaxing in the Rafters, brilliantly located in Cardiff. We are a ten minute walk away from Cardiff City Centre, the Principality Stadium, Bute Park, SWALEC Stadium and the trendy independent shops and cafes in Pontcanna. Cardiff Bay is a bus or train ride away and offers lovely bars and restaurants.

The Space:
Our lovely Relaxing in the Rafters apartment is located on the second floor of a Victorian Terraced house on a residential street in Riverside, very close to Cardiff City Centre and all it has to offer.

We have an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with high ceilings and beams, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal or eat a takeaway and you can dine at the breakfast bar.

The lounge has a comfy corner sofa which doubles up as a large sofa bed, we have a TV and lovely big windows to let the light in.

The bedroom has a double bed, a huge wardrobe for your clothes and belongings. Two bedside tables with sidelamps, coasters and space for a book. We offer guests a dressing area with mirror and hairdryer in our pink stool.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, towel radiator. We provide guest toiletries on arrival. There is also a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.

We have a reading nook on the landing with a seat and cushions, the perfect place to stop with a cuppa and have some peace.

All bed linen, and towels are provided so no need to bring your own.

The Neighborhood:
We are really close to Cardiff City Centre and all it has to offer, we are close to Pontcanna with its stylish independent shops, cafes and eating places.

A short walk away is Bute Park, perfect for a leafy walk amongst the ancient trees and get a glimpse of the Castle from there too.

Getting Around:
Public transport in Cardiff is readily available, buses and trains can take you around the city, Cardiff Bay and further afield to The Valleys with mountains and lakes and the Vale of Glamorgan with its beaches and green spaces.

Parking:
There is some limited street parking available outside the property and in nearby streets, please look at the signage and road markings and we would suggest that you don't park in the residents spaces as you could get a ticket.

Our neighbours and the building:
We have lovely neighbours who live in the two flats below ours and we really like them and they really like us, so for that reason we ask guests to be totally respectful of the property, look after the place and keep noise to a minimum, parties and antisocial behaviour are strictly not permitted.

Interaction with Guests:
The team are not available in person but are very happy to help with any questions you may have during your stay. All our contact details are in the flat should an emergency occur and you need to get in touch.

Lovely flat close to so much!
