Great location

I like the Coldra Court, convenient location when visiting Wales as just off the M4, great restaurant onsite and the rooms are always good. Staff are always helpful and friendly and although expensive there is EV charging available in the car park.

Very child friendly, my daughter was given a dragon finding exercise to do in the lobby and on completion was given a slushy, a big with a water bottle, a gane of snap and sone colouring.

Room was really large and bed was comfy - ground floor room so not able to open the window, felt safe with nice toiletries and tea/coffee Getting served at the bar was difficult, only one person working and although she was aware we were waiting she continued to clean the other area - probably not a good person to serve customers Parking was easy and great that we could charge our electric car Would stay again as great price and close to where we wanted to go for Chepstow race course

Food was good but slightly overpriced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park charges £12 per night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and stayed an extra night more than planned to use the children's facilities at the sister hotel 4 mins drive away.
