I wont moan about this hotel. For the price it is what it is- a bulk standard room, clinical but functional. Reception was ok the girl was happy enough, it just took a little while to check in. The hotel looks clean enough. The room smelt a little musty and is your basic very small hotel room. My erk is it advertised as a city view, hmm it was of the bus depot but i guess thats in the city!!. However for the price of £50 you cant moan. Tea coffee provided and a very small shower and toilet area. Air conditioning was excellent. Tv big enough and good amount of channels.

We arrived early, before 10am, we were given a choice of floors, high or low, and the room was ready for us. The receptionist was very pleasant and made us feel welcome.

It wasn’t the cleanest as there was a lot of crumbs on the floor and also, the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning and woke me and probably all the other customers up, this morning went down to checkout and didn’t receive any apology for this happening and for causing distress from being woken up at 4am in the morning

Staff are Friendly and it's very easy to Book in and Check out. The rooms are clean and tidy you don't hear much noise from the other Guests who are staying there. All in all a very good place to stay

This may be the smallest room in the world. It isn’t possible to sit at the mini desk for example. Light pollution from outside light since the curtain is too small. Noise from other rooms incl doors slamming

The soap dispenser in the shower had run out, the light on the left of the bed didn't work, the shower temperature control was barely movable and the shower door didn't close properly. All were reported after my first night, nothing had been rectified by the second.

The location near to the train station was really convenient; the bed was comfortable (for one person); and reception staff very helpful. The room was a bit cramped, especially the shower room, with nowhere to hang towels or place toiletries. Also, the air conditioning was noisy (so switched it off), and it seemed to 'spark up' in the middle of the night (even though switched off).
