Very full car park, lot of contractor vans, I'm a woman on my own and had quite a dark walk to entrance with luggage. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. On entering room there was a strange musty drainage smell. Basic room with plastic stool(very uncomfortable) Bed linen very clean and bed comfortable. However it was quite warm in the room and the aircon had been switched to heating mode as it's October. Being on top of a very busy motorway, it's quite, in fact very noisy to have the window open. So I had an uncomfortable night. I did ask for a fan the following day and it was then no problem. Also I had a problem connecting to WiFi, don't know why maybe it was my fault, just kept saying can't connect. Breakfast continental, ham, cheese, yoghurt,,croissants, plenty there to help yourself. But pay separately. Its convenient for me as family live nearby, it's budget, caters mainly to contractors through the week. I wish it was a bit more comfortable. Staff are really lovely.

The accommodation was basic but clean. The staff were very helpful. The receptionist gave me a downstairs room because I'd just had a knee treatment. Only downsides were the lack of toilet paper, only a bit of a roll was left and no spares. Also, it was a wet room and the water didn't drain away. It ended up by the toilet and the door and I was paddling in it.

The staff at this property are outstanding. Very kind and helpful. Very professional. The property on the outside could use a little facelift but for the price value was excellent. The rooms inside are clean and simple. Do you have everything you need. I will stay here again

Excellent value and Immaculate

I stayed for 2 nights for a convention at the ICC in August 2025. The location was really convenient - just a 5 minute drive on the M4 and was excellent value. Free on site parking when I arrived. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Extra tea and coffee provided as soon as I asked etc. My room was small but had everything I needed and it was absolutely immaculate. I was very impressed overall and would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a BUDGET hotel !

This is definitely a BUDGET hotel ! It's true that you get what you pay for, so do not expect too much. I've stayed in several Ibis hotels before, admittedly in France, but I won't be staying in this one again. Staff are great though.
