Loved our stay here. Was easy to check in and out and the staff was so friendly! As a tourist this is a fantastic location with so many food, shopping and sight seeing options.

Comfortable and Conveniently Located Hotel

A very comfortable stay in an excellent location. Good to have parking on site - very convenient (even if a bit expensive). Staff were excellent. We ate one evening in the restaurant, which was very good. Only complaint was that the shower was in the bath and the bath was quite high so difficult to get in and out without holding on to the small shelf at the end of the bath. Would have preferred a walk in shower. Room was also quite hot and difficult to operate the air conditioning which required the front desk to change it remotely. Only minor issues and I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Cardiff.

Very happy with the service and quality. Excellent value for money. Top class customer service, meeting room lunch amazing in comparison to what you get at other high end places. Delicious food.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was really nice and plenty of variety. We were a bit disappointed though we came back to the hotel for a drink in the bar,i went upstairs to change my shoe's my husband phoned me and said fetch the card down he tried to pay for drinks with cash and was told it was card payment only,I don't think that is fair I think it should be both options, my husband doesn't carry his card so if i hadn't been there i don't know what would have happened.

ventilation and pipe noise in the room , snooring noise , fire alarm gone off 1st night at 2am called reception to find out what was going on no answer. No hot dinner available due to Gas issue,I was moved to a new room on my last night.
