Family&dog-friendly caravan near Porthcawl beaches

Escape into nature at our privately owned self-catering caravan in Porthcawl where you can relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Get back to nature in the open air and relax in true comfort thanks to the modern facilities of this caravan. We do not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 25. As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers two televisions and internet access.

For your comfort each guest is given one bath towel and one hand towel. Beds are made on arrival. Tea towels and hand towels for the bathrooms also provided. Additional towels (including towels for the pool) and linens will need to be provided by the guests.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. There is an additional double bed (pull out) in the lounge accommodating 2 extra guests. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed and a vanity area. In the next bedroom, there are two single beds. The third bedroom contains two single beds. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- You must be 25 years or older to book.
- Keysafe entry (code given 24 hours prior to your stay).
- A damage deposit of £100 to be paid by bank transfer 24 hours prior to your stay. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer subject to an inspection of the caravan within 48 hours.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
- On departure all beds must be striped, items placed into a pillow case and put at the end of the bed. All used towels to be placed in the shower.
- On departure bins must be emptied and taken to the nearby refuse collection point.
- The accommodation towels are not to be used at the swimming pool.
- All kitchen items must be washed, dried and put back as found.
- The dishwasher must be emptied.
- There is a parking space for one car next to the caravan.
- Additional free parking facilities for guests and visitors is a short walk away.
- The accommodation is dog friendly (max 2). Blankets, towels, food and water bowls are provided. It is expected that blankets will be used where the dogs sleep and lie.
- Dogs must not be left in the caravan unattended.
- Newton Beach is dog friendly all year round. -Trecco Bay beach and Sandy Bay beach (Coney beach) is dog friendly from 1st October until 30th April.
- Strictly no parties/events.
- Failure by guests to adhere to the park rules will lead to eviction and no refund will apply in these circumstances.

For the water lovers there is an indoor swimming pool called ‘Splashland’. The swimming pool costs around £7 to enter. For all other activities like the high ropes and mini golf you will need to visit ‘The Activity Hub’ or swimming pool for passes. In the summertime there is an outdoor wet play zone with shoots and water guns.

Entertainment passes can be purchased from ‘The Owner’s Lounge’. These will give you access to the entertainment inside ‘The Showdome’ (also includes access to the swimming pool).

For those who wish to have an extended break there is a launderette 5 minutes away by car. There is a discount available for 7 night stays and 28 night stays.

As a final bit of indulgence, the host is a crystal healing practitioner and a reiki practitioner. If this is something you would like to enjoy as part of your stay this can be arranged directly with the host at an additional cost.
