Only a few minutes walk from Sofia Gardens, city centre & Millenium Stadium. Excellent communication from Kieran, property manager. There was only 1 tea bag, although if we had mentioned it, I feel sure Kieran would have sorted it. Would use again.

The property manager Kieran is very friendly and helpful. Saco is of excellent condition. Close to town centre but in a quiet area. I have stayed here twice in the summer and will surely come back again.

Change of venue last minute
We never stayed here as the accommodation was “double booked due to a computer glitch”. We were contacted three days prior to check in and offered a new apartment. The new venue was closer to Cardiff centre and served our needs well. The computer glitch was still not resolved on the day of check in as I was sent an email to register online.
