City break with family.

Stayed at the Staybridge suites in The Hague and thought it was excellent so booked the Cardiff hotel. Rooms were excellent with great kitchenette and modern bathroom. Could do with new pillows as they were very lumpy! Receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and the waitress servicing the breakfast area was excellent! Took a real pride in her work and super friendly.

Wonderful stay

Staff were amazing. Went over and above to ensure a restful time. Night receptionist fantastic, very helpful. Lovely big bed, and catering facilities. Also the complimentary breakfast a nice touch. Short walk into cardiff bay and nice location along the canal.

When we arrived our 3rd bed was not ready at all - we had to go back down and ask for the sofa bed to be made up but expressed concerns and the covers on it were very stained. The bed was made up - but it was actually practically a futon as a mattress of sorts on the floor! No 3rd towelll provided for 3rd person in our room Customer service was lack lustre and not willing to go above and beyond to right the wrongs

The suite was plenty large enough, with a good selection of pans/pots etc. if anyone wanted to use the kitchen. The breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold food. Probably 15 min walk into Cardiff centre (railway station end) to very well appointed but very quiet.
