Very lovely and lucurious hotel. Clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is the area. We were there on Saturday night. Hotel is opposite pubs and bars. Very noisey and was hard to get a good sleep.

We attended the Lana Del Rey concert at the Principality Stadium. The stadium is literally next door so the walk is 2 minutes to the gates. Obviously used to coping with large volumes of guests and expedited everything with professionalism
