The property is new and therefore everything is clean and of a high standard in the public areas and bedrooms. Situated off a busy junction/roundabout and as I was travelling at night I failed to see roadside signs for the hotel. Think maybe a larger or better lit roadside sign required. When you are driving your eyes are on the road and cars in front of you not looking past property boundaries or up in the air for signs at the top of buildings.

Great place yet very bad pillows we all woke up with bad necks. Reception and housekeeping weren’t responding all night. We were so tired to go downstairs and speak to them.

Excellent place to stay

A brilliant place to stay if visiting Newport or near by Cardiff, the staff were very friendly and helpful from minute you arrive until you leave. The breakfast was also excellent and a wide variety of choice.

What an absolute pleasure to stay

What an absolute joy, from discovering a new hotel to the impeccable service and experience. I cannot fault a single thing. The smiles from Olivia on reception, to the welcome in the CASA restaurant from Marcus in the evening. The photos don't do the hotel justice. Beautiful Welsh dragon statue in the entrance, lovely light and airy, and also had access to Ty+ lounge. The bed is one of the comfiest I've ever stayed in, and the fittings and fixtures in the rooms and corridors are second to none. The cleanliness is impeccable too. Your staff are extremely attentive, and really make you feel like they care about you. I will be booking here again.
