Rooms shabby in parts. Bathroom very dated. We were celebrating an anniversary and special birthday but all we had was writing on a mirror. This was a disappointment. I also thought I left my watch in the room after checkout. I called to find out. Never heard back from them. They could have at least phoned to say they hadn’t located it. Breakfast felt rushed and was buffet whereas before it was al la carte. Don’t feel it’s 5 stars. It so could be with more attention to detail

Great breakfast.

Went for hubbys birthday, staff were really lovely, great service. Room was very clean and big, bed was so comfy,. Great choice of breakfast in the morning would definitely recommend staying here, looking forward to returning soon.

Bar was ridiculously expensive as was the car park, even more expensive than the council car park a few feet away. Hotel was good though, staff were great, room was lovely, ample breakfast. Would be happy to stay again.

Really great stay with 2x 8 year old. Fantastic beds and view through the window. Staff really helpful! Parking could be a little bit cheaper but it is not that important when all experience combined.

Great hotel, beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and lovely breakfast.The music in the gym when it went on was not motivating at all( smooth radio) which made me want to go to sleep! Also , i had to leave the changing room in the spa to request a robe as i was not given one upon arrival ( even though other users after me were ! )

Everything was perfect, very clean and spacious. Except for the fact that there was no slippers, I had to walk barefoot to go all the way to the pool. But everything else was available. my partner and I had an amazing stay and wish it was longer.

Lovely hotel

Lovely staff. Really nice hotel. View from window was amazing. Breakfast was brilliant. The only thing I would say what needs improving is the bathrooms a little updating. Room 506. Tiles seem a bit dated and could do with a good ( ones on side of bath joining to the floor) clean. Apart from that room was lovely.
