Ti an Traõn: Cozy Cottage in the Heart of Brittany

Welcome to Ti an Traõn (“the house below” in Breton), an authentic, fully renovated character home where the charm of Breton stone meets modern comfort. Whether you're stopping by or exploring the region, you'll find peace, comfort, and a change of scenery.



Designed as a charming little cottage, the house accommodates up to 4 guests:

• Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) or, if you prefer, two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

• Downstairs, a cozy living room with a convertible BZ sofa (140 x 190 cm).

• A fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals independently.



Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light.



Enjoy your own private outdoor space with garden furniture, barbecue, and a secure shelter for your bikes.



Set at the end of a quiet lane, the cottage offers a peaceful environment. Just 200 meters away, you can reach the riverbank for lovely waterside walks.



The center of Carhaix is less than 1 km away, with cinema, aquatic center, golf, adventure park, shops, and restaurants within 2 km.



The Nantes-Brest Canal and its greenways, 6 km away, are perfect for hiking and cycling.



Thanks to its central location, Ti an Traõn is the ideal base to discover the Huelgoat forest, the Valley of the Saints, the Crozon Peninsula, Pointe du Raz, Quimper, Locronan, Brest, Océanopolis, and Lorient.
