There was still hair left in the tub and around the toilet bowl breakfast was okay location was amazing

The property was fine overall, except the gap under the door at the room entrance. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and there were stains on the toilet seat. There was a sign that mentioned cleaning rags at the front desk, but the bathroom should have already been clean! The shower overhead looked terrible so didn't even use the shower! There was a huge boulder of an ice chunk in the parking entrance. No pen in the room. Why analog TV channels, why not digital? Did not like the sunlight coming in the windows. Positives, the beds were very comfy, I liked the room carpet and the room was very roomy and room heat, got hot, not just warm. 😀

The hotel staff was decent I liked the hotel overall, and the cleanliness was pretty good as well. The breakfast in the morning was a bit basic but still okay. The location is fine, though they could definitely pay a bit more attention to the hotel itself.

The hotel was more than accommodating. They had all kinds of personal hygiene products provided in the room and their service and kindness was wonderful. The continental breakfast was very limited. There was a toaster and several different bread products but it was still more than sufficient.

Unsecured door's anyone could enter thur side doors Coffee machine for breakfast broken and the one in lobby also was broken attended did know anything about it and couldn't get repairs until noon No one was ever at front desk you had to ring bell for service and they looked like they just woke up Room supposed to have two queen size beds but they were full size Only had one washcloth When outside saw at three mice running around Never stay there again

Thin walls, felt like I was walking in to work at the jail. Poor ventilation. Honor system for breakfast? Note saying… “please don't go in this room before 6”
