Cooked breakfast was a bit dried even when fresh items were brought out they looked like they had been sitting under a warmer and were dried.

Staff was friendly. Room was ok but when I moved the bed found there to be rubbish under bed including a cotton ear bud! And no soap or shower gel provided. Really wanted to love this place and it was going well until the no soap and rubbish under the bed were found.

We have stayed here several times, the staff are helpful and friendly, great value for money, we will continue to use this hotel when visiting Carlisle

I had booked 4 rooms in total for 8 friends for 4 nights. Took them 2 hours to find the fourth booking. Arrived home to find I had a total of £70 parking fines although I had registered the hired vehicle on the hotel registration form at reception. Sent 4 emails to the hotel with no response. £70 taken out of my account from the hired van company because they received the fines also.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel had a few things that looked tired or needed fixing like a light on the stairs and lots of potholes in the carpark. Didn’t have breakfast. The room was clean and warm as was the rest of the hotel. There was a small step into the bathroom that was easy to trip on and some boxing by the foot of the foot that was the same.

The King size beds or the double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together . No soap in the bathroom, no plug in the sink., The bar was occupied by none resident people who took all the comfortable seats leaving just wooden uncomfortable stools. for us The bar had no staff to Only 1 lady who was running back and forward from bar ro receptions. we had one drink and left as we were not going wait to be severed. Breakfast well it was meant to start at 8am ,a plate of beans and tomato's came out 8:10 5 mins later some eggs cam out, we than had to go back each time to get sausages .ash brown and bacon . many guest had to wat for another dish of eggs to be cooked . It really not what I would say a good service as only had one cook who did everything no other staff. to be honest I have stayed at many hotels all over the UK and around the world and this hotel was the worst we have stayed in . you cut back on staff and you end up with a real bad hotel. Trip adviser should be told about what I call the Hotel to avoid at all cost.. The Breakfast came in drib and drabs and the hot plate was not even cleaned from the day before . you really need to ke stock of what I am sayingtal
