Great value

Perfect for a short overnight stay. Clean and tidy, great breakfast for £8! I booked after 11pm and arrived at 1:30am as I needed to break up a long motorway journey. The 24hrs reception meant no problems.

Great place for stopover

Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Room basic but clean. Excellent shower. Free parking very useful. Excellent breakfast, wide selection of food items, freshly prepared and breakdast staff were friendly and attentive.

Well located budget hotel in Carlisle centre

I have rated this as a budget hotel. It is on a par with a travelodge. Its basic and clean and does the job. It is in a good position, easy walk to city centre attractions and restaurants its 5 mins to the railway station. My son and i had a family room with a double and single bed. Its not clear from the listing that parking is availble free but you validate it at reception. I made the mistake of paying in the car park on arrival, as the signs in the car park say!

Did not sleep all night, the noise from the below Alien night club and the strip bar from 10pm to 7am was ABYSMAL! Also booked with Expedia at one cost and was charged DOUBLE at the property. Breakfast was OK and edible.
