It also has a small more private jacuzzi just steps outside the back patio door. This neighborhood has easy access to shopping, dining, and recreational activities with only 10-15 minute drive to Carlsbad State Beach, Legoland, La Costa Resort and Spa, golf courses including Aviara Golf Course, K-1 Speed, Carlsbad Premier Outlets, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Museum of Making Music, Batiquitos Lagoon and many hiking trails including Aviara Trails.
