The modern kitchen and dining area is well equipped, with an electric oven, slimline dishwasher and an under-counter fridge freezer, and has french doors to the courtyard garden. A stylishly furnished living area boasts a stunning L shape sofa and a Smart TV.
Upstairs, the first floor opens to a beautifully decorated, and good sized, double bedroom with ample storage and dressing table with ensuite bathroom and rainfall shower.
Externally, off the kitchen/dining area, the charming courtyard garden has a seating area as well as a bistro table and chairs for 2 people where guests can enjoy a morning coffee.
