Welcome to Bunny Meadows (Pantysgyfarnog) here you will enjoy the freedom of a country holiday in a large detached, tastefully decorated modernised farmhouse with a high standard throughout. Truly home from home experience providing en suite bathrooms, every room being well equipped and thought out with plenty of space and relaxing atmosphere.
The Perfect location for a family get together to remember, with a large paddock to enjoy with glorious views across the owners horse farm. Dogs welcome!
Bunny meadows has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with luxurious soft furnishings no expense has been spared on the comfortable beds and of course those little touches, it has everything to offer from the balcony overlooking your own piece of Wales - the ” Bunny Meadow Paddock” and hot tub, to a huge modern farmhouse kitchen with range cooker.
BBQ on the patio or in the paddock and enjoy the freedom which is on offer.
Not too near but not too far, Bunny Meadows is surrounded by a wealth of historic attractions you will be centrally located for Pembrokeshire and South Wales, the Gower and all it has to offer and the tourist attractions and beaches are only a short drive away. Locally the town of Carmarthen is only a 6 minute drive and St clears the same distance so plenty of options for shopping including the local village shop, pub and restaurant only 1 1/2 miles .. No hustle and bustle of busy tourist towns here.
Take a trip to Llanstephan and enjoy afternoon tea in the Mansion house or walk on the sandy beach and then visit the castle. Only 15 minutes away is Laugharne the home of Dylan Thomas again a beautiful sandy beach and castle with Dylans Boathouse and tearooms. Pembrey country park or Heatherton and Oakwood theme parks and of course for the younger guests (and parents!) “ Folly Farm” with lambs, all things fluffy and even tigers and giraffes.
A short drive away is Skanda Vale a multy faith ashram which welcomes 90,000 pilgrims a year for those who need a peaceful retreat to stay whilst visiting the temples.
A great location for a fantastic holiday with something to suit everybody.
Close to Pembrokeshire (half an hour) so take a trip to Tenby or Saundersfoot.
There are 2 downstairs bedrooms suitable for the older members of the family please ask for information regarding raiser seats for the toilet etc.

Beautiful property set in the most scenic backdrop. The host couldn't have been more accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. We all absolutely loved it and are already talking about a return visit.

Fabulous stay highly recommended

Fabulous stay is this beautiful spacious house. Went with friends and family for my 60th birthday celebrations. Didn’t leave the house all weekend because it had everything we needed including a fab hot tub. The host is amazing and so his her lovely black lab Bear. Will definitely go back.

Gorgeous rural property

We had such a lovely week at Georgie’s property. Communication prior to arrival was excellent with Georgie giving us recommendations for places to eat. We were met on arrival and everything was fully explained. Bedrooms were all really spacious and with their own en-suites, meant no queuing for showers! They even had toiletries in there already. Every bedroom had its own tv too. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen. There was an abundance of glasses, crockery and utensils - plenty for a party of 11. The hot tub was superb and was well used after long days walking the many beautiful beaches close by. The enclosed paddock was ideal for our two dogs to run around safely. The local pub in Llanybri, The Farmer’s Arms, was amazing. A great menu, lovely atmosphere and such friendly owners. They even minibused us all there and back! All in all, a great week catching up with family. Thank you Georgie.

Lovely location

The location was brilliant with magnificent country views. The kitchen table was big enough to accommodate all of us and was fully equipped. Georgia the host was great and couldnt do enough before and during our visit. The hot tub was also enjoyed by all. The only downside was that the rest of the house requires updating but this didn't stop us having a wonderful weekend.

Idyllic

We had an incredible stay here. Stunning views and sunsets. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and even included some lovely welcome gifts and a treasure hunt for the children! The hot tub and outdoor bar and bbq area really enabled us to have some much needed family time together. We would definitely return!

Nothing short of a lovely experience

Such a beautiful place to stay. The B&B is located about 2miles away from A40 on a short mountain. Georgina was very welcoming and she gave us a quick orientation of the property when we arrived, as it's large and has loads of facilities including a hot tub. Rooms are good size and each room has on-suite and TV. We fell in love with the property right from day one, as view of the landscape is so beautiful. The kitchen is huge and has loads of equipment to use. Rooms are clean and have sufficient toiletries for consumption. The owner is very responsive and also brought in ponies for the kids to see and play with. We definitely recommend this property for all families with kids.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Lovely location.

Easy to book, Good contact with the owner. There was the odd minor repair needed but we were told about these is advance ( toilet and shower head). All normal repairs that come with owning a home. The views were spectacular and the hot tub was a perfect extra for the lazy day we spent having a bbq at the house.

A lovely house with plenty of space. The house was well equipped with every you should need. The owner of the house was lovely and friendly and only a phone call away if you had any problems. Will defiantly be book again.

Fabulous house, very comfortable and the owner was very welcoming.

11 of us stayed at the house to celebrate the forthcoming wedding of a friend. We were all able to enjoy a meal around the huge table in the fabulous kitchen and the hot tub was amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the whole house was spotlessly clean.

A beautiful farmhouse with everything you could need, and more!

I have just spent 4 days, with 4 generations of my family at this wonderful farmhouse. Georgie went above and beyond our expectations on arrival, with wine and nibbles, she explained to us about everything in the house we needed to know, and more. She couldnt have been more helpful, and was always at the end of the phone if needed. The house is just amazing! So much room, and even with 12 of us, there still lots of space to come and go. The kitchen is more than well equipped, Tv's in every room, bedrooms very spacious and again very well equipped, and the same with the bathrooms. With all of the rooms being ensuite this also meant that we all had privacy and we're not queuing for them. Two bedrooms were downstairs, so the more mature of our family, 😉 didn't need to be climbing the stairs. The hot tub was so relaxing! Sat in there with a glass of wine on New Year's Eve. Perfect! We travelled over 4 hours to get to the house, and will definitely be returning! All in all a beautiful property in a beautiful location, which I would recommend strongly. We have stayed in lots of properties as a family all over the country, and this is definitely in our top 3! Thank you Georgie. We had a fabulous time. 😊
