Comfortable 3-room apartment located on the 1st floor, in the immediate vicinity of the heart of Carnac-Plage. Ideal accommodation for staying in the Quiberon Bay and enjoying the beach and local activities. Shops and restaurants are just a few steps from the accommodation, the Grande-Plage is only 250 m away. The supermarket is located 900 m away, the town of Carnac-Ville and its market are 1.5 km away. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers away.

Spacious duplex of approximately 65 m², located on the 1st floor of a small residence. It includes:

- A stay with a sofa, television, console serving as a desk, dining table for 6 people, bay window overlooking a large south-facing balcony-terrace;
