Individual house located on the outskirts of Carnac. A peaceful pied-à-terre, ideal for a family stay to discover the region, halfway between the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan. The banks of the Pô inlet are only 1.5 km away and the beaches of Carnac are 3 km away. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the town of Carnac, 2.5 km from the town of Plouharnel and their shops. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.
House of 140m² including 40m² under the roof, in a quiet environment, with beautiful volumes and a pleasant west-facing terrace.
