We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Carnac, this charming studio entirely redone in 2022, located at less than 300m of the beach, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor in the heart of a wooded park without opposite, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a kitchen, a bedroom cabin, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, a sofa bed (140*190), a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with two bunk beds (90*190) and wardrobe.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A terrace of 14m2 exposed south west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, notably a Super U at 50m, but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
