emplacement idéal mais intérieur à rénover…

cette charmante maison bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal et l’agence interhome de Carnac qui gère ce bien et hyper agréable et très disponible. Cependant l’intérieur de cette maison est dans son jus et n’a pas bénéficié d’une rénovation depuis, à mon avis plusieurs dizaines d’années. Malgré notre son emplacement idéal, notre séjour a été gâché, par cette maison, vétuste laissé dans son jus, louer par un propriétaire que je qualifierais de « voyou » qui veut gagner de l’argent, mais refuse absolument de faire le moindre frais dans son bien, L’électricité est vétuste le chauffage inexistant. Si vous avez le malheur de vous en servir, vous disjoncter l’installation. En résumé si vous venez pour être à la plage, la maison est idéalement située mais dès que vous êtes dans l’habitation, son état frise l’indécence à louer en connaissance de cause…
