The house is located at Avenue des Druides in Carnac which joins the sea at 100m. As the avenue is one of the main arteries of Carnac-Plage, the windows have been changed to better isolate noise. The courtyard, which can be used as a parking lot, is closed with a barrier. The house is terraced.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen redone in 2013 (with stove, fridge, dishwasher), toilets, a bathroom redone in 2014 with shower and a living dining room equipped with a click-clack, from a recent TV. Wifi works since August 2018
The upper floor is made up of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 3 single beds. The 2 bedrooms are on parquet. A 3-star approval has just been obtained.
Shops, restaurants are within 400 m.

Perfect Location
A warm welcome from our hosts to a lovely comfortable house, beautifully presented. Well equipped kitchen with cupboards containing a selection of condiments and food wraps. All helping to make self catering run smoothly. Super TV with internet, WiFi connection good. DVD player connected. Good washing machine and outdoor drying facility. Off road parking excellent. Beach at the end of the road. Lovely seafront walk to the restaurants and bars. Easy drive from Roscoff, good road network. Lovely places to visit around but we spent most of our time in Carnac Plage, why go anywhere else?

This house does not meet any of my personal standards and I would not recommend it or return.
The accommodation at Coed Bihan was well below my expectations! The owners rated it as a 3 Star property but based on my experience of many other properties I’ve stayed in, I rated it as 1 Star. Some of the positives are: + It has a large walk in shower area with washbasin and heated towel rack. + There is a good size kitchen with a modern oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. However the kitchen is equipped with a ragbag of very old cooking utensils, some very rusty. + There are plenty of pots and pans. + There is a small table which seats two in the kitchen but all the crockery and cutlery is stored in the living room next door. + It is a short walk to the beach and a short drive into town. + The owner’s relatives live next door and they can be called upon to help if necessary. However I found them very unfriendly. There are a number of negatives: The bed was unmade when I arrived. - There were no sheets or pillowcases in the bedrooms. Only a waterproof mattress protector, a duvets cover without a duvet and a thin blanket. - There was a distinct smell of mould in the main bedroom. When I opened the closet the corner was damp and covered in mould. As a result I did not put my clothes in the closet but by the end of my stay they smelled terrible. I’ve had to wash them all on my return even the ones I didn’t use to get rid of the mell!! - There were no towels, soap and shampoo, washing powder, dishwashing tabs or plastic garbage sacks in the house on my arrival. I had to go out and buy them. - The toilet and shower are located downstairs next to the entrance. - The WiFi speed is poor and keeps dropping out. - The washing machine operation is a total mystery and I eventually had to go to a Laundromat to wash my clothes. (Instructions for the machine in other languages would be useful!) - I speak reasonable French, Fluent English, German, and Italian but all the instruction for the house were in French. There was no House Book to help guests and explain what was available in the local area and the facilities in the house - There was no hot water when I arrived. I suspect that the boiler had not been turned on earlier enough prior to my arrival. - I asked the lady next door for help but she was very grumpy and kept telling me ‘Ne touche pas!’ - The garden is no more than a scrubby patch of dirt and sand. I wouldn’t want to sit in it at any time of year the house being so close to the main road.

Ideal location and lovely property
The property is ideally located for the town, beach, supermarket and restaurants. Inside its clean, a lovely size and well equipped. The only downside is the main road is noisy at night in season as lorries drive by and it's a route home from the town for locals after clubbing. If the windows are closed you can't hear it but upstairs of the house gets very warm. The garden is lovely and seems to get sun in areas all day and even though on a main road it's reasonably sucluded with the high fence around it.

Emplacement idéal
Maison située à 200m de la jolie plage de Carnac. Maison très bien entretenue et très propre. Excellent accueil des propriétaires : une bouteille de cidre et petits gâteaux. Maison idéale pour 4 adultes ou un couple avec 3 jeunes enfants. Literie excellente.

Maison à CARNAC
Petite maison avec jardin très bien agencée et très propre. Le service lingerie est un plus appréciable et peu couteux. L' accueil de notre hôte Bernard est convivial et irréprochable, avec une petite attention Bretonne pour nous accueillir. Le plus : l'emplacement de la maison à 150 m de la plage permet d'aller se baigner sans prendre la voiture.

Gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus
Gut und modern ausgestattetes kleines Haus (inkl. sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und modernem Bad). Strand und Innenstadt fußläufig. Die Straße ist in den Schlafzimmern trotz gut isolierter Fenster moderat hörbar. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Insgesamt eindeutig zu empfehlen.
