Just Average

On the positive side - Fantastic location, very convenient on the beach. On the negative side - Our original booked room was not available on arrival due to an ac issue and we were rebooked twice. The room was filthy on arrival and it took numerous attempts to get refunded the difference in room rate. The room cleanliness was never addressed. My family and I cleaned the room ourselves. Overall, unlikely we return to this facility.
