Beach Breeze is a newly updated quintessential beach cottage located between a quiet one way street and the oceanfront. A wrap around porch with rockers, Adirondack chairs and a picnic table helps create a relaxing beach getaway. It's location is steps away from the public beach access and lots of local destinations. Take a stroll to the Carolina Beach Lake, Veggie Wagon, Butts-N-Such BBQ, and many more well known local hot spots. On the main floor, the living room offers a 60 inch ROKU Smart TV with lots of comfortable seating available and a large dinning table to eat or play games on. Downstairs master room has a king bed, large closet and its own bathroom with a walk in shower. Second downstairs bedroom has two double beds. Newly renovated gourmet kitchen is sure to please, with quartz counter tops and stainless alliances, a large farmhouse style dinning that seats 8. Two more seats at the bar and a flat screen ROKU tv so no one misses the show or game. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Another master bedroom on the top floor with a King bed and its own private bathroom. The second top floor room has a Queen bed and a twin bed with ocean views. The spacious third bedroom has two doubles and a twin bed, the top floor 4th bedroom has a double bed with a twin.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Grilling allowed, grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
One dog permitted with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Partial Week Getaways are permitted during the off season - 4 night minimum stay required. Only full weekly stays Sunday-Sunday during first week of June - Labor Day.

-Please note that during the current year we offer guests who wish to request in advance a specific house for specific dates during the next calendar year as an Advance Reservation Request. Rates and Availability are subject to change.
-A non-refundable Advance Reservation administrative fee is charged for each requested week.
-The tenant renting a home in the present year has priority status for the same approximate dates in the house next year if they make their Request on or before the last day of their stay this year.
-Dates are available for Requests to be booked by the public beginning at 9:00AM ET on the first weekday following the tenant's checkout.
-An Advance Request does not guarantee the rental season or the availability of a home or its rental rate for the next calendar year. The availability of a home for rental, the rental rate, and changes to a home or its amenities and furnishings, are established solely by the homeowner.
