Our Seaside Retreat is a newly renovated beautiful, OCEANFRONT, TOP FLOOR condo featuring one bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, one bathroom with custom tiled walls, updated and well stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops, new doors, all freshly painted walls and ceilings, wood floors, flat screen TVs, high speed wifi, grilling common area, private walkway to the beach, 2 elevators, outdoor showers, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, convenient ground level bathrooms right off the beach, security, convenient off-street parking and 24 hour check in/out services. Enjoy the beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony with seating for dining or lounging.

Linens ARE INCLUDED with the rental, along with towels (2 sets per person) NOT beach towels

There is coin operated laundry located on the ground floor along with a small arcade, drink & snack machines and a pool side club lounge.

The property is only cleaned after your exit - not during your stay.

Max Occupancy: 2 GUESTS (must be 25 years of age)

Owners require 4 night minimum booking.

1.5 miles to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk

We had a wonderful week at the Seaside Retreat! The view was incredible, and we enjoyed watching the pelicans fly by the balcony every day. Robyn left a great list of restaurants, and we hit a lot of them. The condo was clean and cozy...perfect for two. Everything was updated, and check-in and parking were a breeze with the directions given. This was our first time in Carolina Beach, and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and had beautiful beach decor. The view was incredible from the room. Location was perfect and within close distance to food, grocery, shopping. The owner was very responsive to anything needed. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wall to wall sliders provided the best view of the ocean.Top floor felt like being on a ship at sea. Unit is completely upgraded with all you need for a beach vacation. Host was easy to reach too. Had a lovely week!

We loved our stay! The condo was well-decorated, gave a really beachy vibe, and the balcony view was amazing. Our bed didn't have sheets when we arrived but the property owner contacted us and handled it immediately. We'd definitely visit again!

Wonderful Beach Front Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo! It was perfect for the two of us, fully stocked with everything we needed and overlooking the ocean with a quick walk to the beach. The owner Robyn was very helpful and always responsive which made things easy and enjoyable too. We can't wait to come back to this gorgeous gem in Carolina Beach!

Very nice condo, well equipped and clean. Excellent view of the beach and ocean, short drive to everything from Fort fisher to Wilmington. Condo owner gave very clear and helpful instructions on checking in and out. A recommended place.

PERFECT GETAWAY

Outstanding 11th floor full ocean front property with every thing you need to sit back and enjoy. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise on your balcony and relax to a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. This absolutely is an incredible property to spend your time at while enjoying Carolina beach.
