Outside deck that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze while people watching. This modern condo has a large bedroom, full kitchen, stainless appliances, 2 smart tv's for streaming and features high speed internet and cable. An open concept living area including kitchen, living room and dining room.

Just a block from the World Renowned Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you can enjoy shops and restaurants to your hearts content during the day, or enjoy free live music and fireworks in the evening. Not feeling like going out? Just relax on your patio and take in the stars, the ocean and the fireworks without going anywhere! Just be sure to make time in the mornings for the world famous Britts donut shop!

One of the favorate features of many of our guests, this condo is not in a large condominium, full of rowdy noisy neighbors. This is an exclusive building with only 6 condos. You will have 1 neighbor to your left, and NOBODY above you. Your evenings will be as peacefull as you could ask for and your views are completely unobstructed.

The views from this accommodation were awesome! We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching the sunrise each morning. There were some supplies missing from the accomodations: no paper towels or toilet paper. We were able to get these from local shops, but the host wasn't responsive about providing these items during the stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. The washing machine was broken during our stay, so it would have been good to understand the check out instructions better since they said to put linens/sheets in the washer prior to departure. Overall, it was a nice stay and would recommend to others. Just be prepared to provide certain supplies.

I had a mixed experience with this stay. When we arrived, the property hadn’t been cleaned, which was frustrating and not what we expected. On top of that, the host didn’t seem aware that we had a confirmed booking, making check-in confusing.Another downside was that the beach access was blocked due to construction, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. This was a big factor in booking, so it was disappointing.The host did say he would refund the cleaning fee, but after that message, he stopped responding and hasn’t followed through.That said, aside from these issues, the stay itself wasn’t bad. The property had potential, but the lack of preparation and communication definitely took away from the overall experience.

The location is awesome! The view is awesome! Checking in was easy. The place was clean. It's big enough for a couple. It could use an extra comfy chair to go with the couch in the living room, but there isn't a lot of room for another piece of furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed, but there wasn't even a single square of toilet paper to be found, so we had to go get some ourselves. I messaged the host using both the VRBO app and the provided phone number but received no reply. That's a serious negative for me. There are some issues that need attention. The bathroom lavatory drain is very slow and needs to be cleaned out. The kitchen sink faucet is very stiff and sticks, making it difficult to use. But the most serious thing that needs attention is the furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced. The welded connections are so rusty that they're becoming dangerous. I sat on a taller bar stool in the corner out of the sun and one of the back welds broke and I almost fell through it. Had the other weld broke also, I could have been injured. I've added photos showing these items. I've also added a photo of a nice sunrise taken from that same balcony.

Independence birthday celebrations.

We went to Carolina Beach to celebrate my partner’s birthday. We brought our 2 dogs with us We all enjoyed ourselves! The view from the condo was great! We were able to see fireworks from the balcony on July 4th. I think also during the summer months, they have fireworks on Thursday nights on the boardwalk. We loved the convenience to the beach. The condo is also a short walk to the boardwalk. It was nice that the host provided beach chairs. There was ample available parking at the unit. We appreciated the binder the host provided that included restaurants and things to do in the area. The host gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation with their beloved furry family.

The home owner is not trustworthy. You arrive 45 minutes early and ask housekeeper if it’s ok if we set the dog in his crate in the home due to the 90 degree day and they agree but then get violated for an early check in. We would have paid the fee but then it gets better. The morning after our check in day, we received a notice via text that our reservation w/ condo was cancelled. Reason was noise violation. Ourselves and our dog were allegedly being loud after 8pm. There were 6 condos in this home, how in the heck was their proof that it was us? There was no proof because we went to bed around 9pm. The other condos had days barking relentlessly every time someone walked by the door though. Owner never provided proof. Then we agreed to leave if we cleaned and left the home as we found it, we would receive a full refund, have it in writing but yet days later the owner claimed he never said that. Battling both VRBO and the home owner as VRBO made promises they couldn’t keep as of several weeks later. This trip was a Fathers Day gift that should’ve lasted 3 days but due to an incompetent host, we got it cut short. The place is in extreme need of replacement in all areas. There were digs in all walls, lightbulbs missing or mismatching, stains on the walls, we did clean up some but not enough time for cleaning everything. Pictures do not do it justice. STAY AWAY! Not animal friendly!! They lie!!!

Perfect location!

This place is at the perfect location! Walkable to restaurants, the boardwalk, beach, and icecream! Only issue we had was there was no toilet paper when we arrived and had to get our own. I contacted the owner who explained the cleaning company should have left some so that’s not his fault. Also, there is no silverware apart from some plastic forks. Place was clean and comfortable! Had a great stay!

Great Location, Great Stay!

This 3rd floor beachfront condo was the perfect location! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shops, but away from the noise on a quiet street with very little traffic. The porch gets a nice steady breeze day and night. It is the perfect spot for dinner after a day on the beach. The condo has been completely renovated and included everything we needed for the week. The condo was super clean, the bed was super comfortable, and appliances are all new and working as they should. The parking is very convenient in and out, unlike many condos we’ve stayed at in CB. You'll get a little bit of a leg workout on the stairs, but it’s worth it for the view. We’ll definitely be back, just not soon enough!

Didn't realize this property had so many stairs (doesn't state third floor) tried to cancel within 24 hours and owner would only give half back. He never responded to my email to him. He told VRBO if we could do second floor 3rd was only a short distance away. As told to him in our 70's with health issues but our bad for not researching and his bad for not being human. The property is in A great location. So property got higher marks then owner. Also he states you don't give him a good review he won't give you one. WTH
