Easy parking, very clean and smelled good as we walked in. Very nice to have a fenced in yard for the doggies, but realize you are sharing with 2 other units so you might still have to keep your dogs leashed. The hot tub was a nice touch, but again realize that you will need to share. Pretty close to the access way to the beach -- very short walk across the street and down 2 houses.The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was more than adequate, but is getting a wee bit dated (the electric eyes on the stove were not even and the refrigerator looked pretty old), but everything worked so all good.Living room and dining area was roomy.I do wish there had been a roof over the top floor deck so that rain wouldn't drip down from above -- so you couldn't sit out on the porch/deck while raining.I would definitely stay here again. I would try to get B (2) again instead of C (3) just so I wouldn't have as many stairs to climb though. I think A (1) is a smaller unit or I would go for that if I didn't need as much space, but it also only has one parking spot where 2 and 3 have 2 each.The host was very communicative via text.
