"JUNIOR'S PLACE" Peaceful & Private, 2 blocks to beach - LOW PET FEE

This renovated beach cottage is just two short blocks from the public access to the beach. The living space is 576 square feet plus a large screened-in porch. Partial ocean view from the porch. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area a short drive from the boardwalk. Linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, can opener and all glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer and Dryer.

Spectrum Internet and Cable TV, Ruko TV with multiple free movie channels, and a soundbar audio system.

Junior's Place is a cozy beach cottage that gives our guests the "good old days at the beach" feel, clean and comfortable.

The cottage was built in the early 1960s as a typical beach house for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have provided plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a wonderful place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the house for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will enjoy it.

Very clean, host was next door and let us know we could call if we needed anything. We didn’t but was comforting to know just the same. Juniors place was as advertised and took me back to when my uncle had a similar house in Carolina Beach. Off the beaten path far enough for peace and quiet but convenient to both Carolina and Kure beach.

The property is in an ideal location. The owner lives next door, so there's no need to worry about any possible issues. Beds are comfy, the shower works great, and there's even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before entering the house. The house is equipped with everything you'll need, but there's not much "extra" provided as with other places we've rented. Just bring all your own games and snacks. This is a great place to bring your dog, unfortunately ours passed away on day 4, which took the joy out of our experience. Overall this is a really nice place that the pictures don't do it justice.

So very close to the beach which was a highlight. It was a bit small for my family of 5 and 2 dogs, but that was on me for not properly researching the size. Owners were prompt and responsive. Screened it porch with rocking chairs was nice.

Awesome stay at in an amazing location

We stayed for a week, house was clean, location was perfect as we were only 2 blocks from the beach, also only blocks away from many activies and local restaurants, hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. Had some boards break on the porch and owner came and replaced them the very next day. Overall awesome experience and would stay again!!

It was really nice and had great access the beach. The only 2 issues were the stove and toaster. The stove had very inconsitent heating. The top seemed like it took forever and the oven burnt what ever we put in it. The toaster was also bad to burn things in spots.
