This spectacular warm contemporary home is uniquely positioned less than 50 yards from the restaurants, shops and galleries of Carolina Beach. Rarely can you find a home of this quality only a few blocks from Main Beach offering impressive views of the ocean, sunrises, and city lights. This contemporary masterpiece has only the finest materials. The views get more dramatic as you rise. An open floor plan with abundant natural light is enhanced by numerous design elements. A beautiful gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counters, center island and custom cabinetry opens to the Great Room for entertaining. This home Features hardwood and travertine floors. Each bedroom has a king size bed and access to a bathroom. Home includes and brand new, over-sized, front load washer and dryer. The over-sized parking under the home also includes a beach shower. Fresh linens, towels, paper towels, toilet papers, dish soaps are all included. Cable packages in all rooms, along with high speed internet! Plenty of privacy, only 2 short blocks to the beach which includes a cross walk, and one block from the many attractions Carolina Beach beach has to offer!

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

Definitely stay here if youre looking for a house in the center of Carolina beach! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants, and great grocery store across the street. The house is immaculate, beds very comfy, nice towels and linens. Easy check in and out. Great value and am looking forward to returning!

The house was such a great value. It was near so many restaurants and the beach (2 blocks away). There was a market right across the street. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to my questions. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it did have everything you would need. There were lots of games and a couple of puzzles for a rainy day. I would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we stayed at this house, it’s very close to the boardwalk and many restaurants. The beds are so comfortable and there are plenty of utensils for cooking. I was so happy to see the owners changed the living room furniture it’s so much more comfortable than what was previously there. I also enjoy the little store across the street, it saved me many trips to the local grocery store. We definitely will be back to stay again.

The 4 of us were in Town for the wedding of a long-time family friend at the nearby wedding venue. The house met our needs perfectly as it was clean, laid out well with the 3 bedrooms, all with larger beds on the second level, sufficient amenities in the kitchen, and had nice parking. Plus, it was an easy walk down to the boardwalk area and restaurants.
