Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Carolina Beach on any of the 4 decks, including one with ocean views!
This modern, 3 bedroom/3 bath home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There is plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy a Carolina Beach get away. This unit comes fully furnished including utensils, cookware, place settings to enjoy a great meal. There is a spacious queen size bed in the Master bedroom with en-suite bath with a private deck. The 2nd bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a smart tv and games to enjoy. Our third bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bedroom as well. If you still need more space, we have that option. On the top floor, the additional entertainment area has a sleeper sofa nestled between access to the top 2 decks!
There's room for 3 vehicles in a single bay driveway with tandem parking. Outdoor storage area containing a few beach chairs for you to enjoy! Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing inside!

We loved the property! It was clean and provided everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a little more than 5 minutes. There is a busy road to cross with no crosswalk but it was a walkable distance. A golf cart would have made the distance and experience perfect. Many of the other rental units surrounding this one, had golf carts and I would likely in the future take advantage of that amenity.

Modern Beach House Paradise

The house was beatiful quite modern with very nice finishes. Spacing of bedrooms on separate floors provided great privacy and the rooftop terrace was one of my favorite aspects of this beach house. Location was perfect! Will book again!

Our First Carolina Beach Trip!

We loved our stay at this property. It is very clean and comfortable. Watch the fireworks from the top deck if you are there on a Thursday. Easy walk to the beach! It was a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday. Highly recommend!

Great house! Great location!

We had a FANTASTIC time at this property. The location was great, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the house was absolutely wonderful. All the decks were perfect for relaxing, having 2 family rooms was ideal so our 2 teenagers could be in the opposite one from us, the kitchen had everything you might need, and having 3 bathrooms was ideal. The house is quite new and VERY well maintained, and the rooms and whole house were very nice sized- it was NOT a case of the pictures made it look bigger than it was.... We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! My only wish is that the main bedroom had a king sized bed and I'll note that the main bed was extremely hard. I presume that is how the owners like it, but I woke up with a lot back pain each day. I'll plan accordingly next time though, because we will be back!

Modern Beach Living

We really enjoyed this rental. It was sleek and clean and easily accommodated four adults and two kids. Load in and load out was made super easy by the elevator. The rooftop patio was a happy hour delight. The location put us within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Be sure to hit up the Veggie Wagon a few blocks away. Will definitely consider returning.

Family vacation

Really enjoyed this home. Great location with walking distance to almost everything. Unit was so nice and clean. It was the perfect place for our family to vacation. Would highly recommend. Might suggest to bring a few bath towels and washcloths so you dont have to wash every day.

We enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. This home was very clean and seems new. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so my husband and I had our own as did our girls and our boys. There was a wagon and 4 lawn chairs that made it easier to haul everything to the beach. It’s a short, easy walk to beach access. The elevator made it simple to bring our luggage into the house. The only thing I would have wanted to know is that the master has a queen size bed instead of a king. Also, the window coverings in the master bedroom did not cover the sliding glass doors. Overall we loved the location and the cleanliness of the home and would recommend it.

Clean, modern tri-level beach house

New beach house with nice lay-out. 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Quiet location with great porch views. Only negative was the long cleaning list. We didn't get to enjoy our last day. It took four adults cleaning for almost 2.5 hours to do everything on the list. What is the point of the cleaning fee?
