Located in a quaint, peaceful community within walking distance to all that Carolina Beach has to offer!

This beautiful modern beach home will provide precious memories for your entire family. Load up your beach gear and your crew in the six-person golf cart with Carolina Beach parking pass. Go just 6 blocks on Spartanburg Ave. and park in the Golf Cart parking spaces immediately in front of Beach Access #9! It's so convenient and effortless. Nothing is more fun than soaking in the local scenery and salt air by golf cart!

Also, located only a block away from Starfish Villa are the Carolina Beach Greenway and Mike Chappell Park! This park is an excellent recreational facility for adults and kids alike! The park offers: a playground, skatepark, basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts and baseball/softball fields.

This home boasts gorgeous architectural windows, lovely cathedral ceilings and a balcony to enjoy the beach sunsets. The property provides a small fenced in rear yard with patio and an enclosed outdoor shower. The ground floor offers two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (full over queen) and the other a queen bed. Both bedrooms have smart TVs mounted and provide closet space for both clothes and luggage. Also located on the first floor are: a large full bathroom with tub (great for the kids), family room with Smart TV, garage access and outdoor patio/grill access.

The upper floor is comprised of the primary suite with a queen bed and en suite with dual sinks, large shower and a walk-in closet. The great room features a dining area, 65” smart TV, linear LED fireplace with shiplap mantle and balcony access. Adjacent to the great room is a beautiful half bath/powder room. The great room is open to a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Enjoy your favorite libation by the fireplace or take it out to the balcony and enjoy the gorgeous sunset and views Carolina Beach has to offer - including fireworks from the boardwalk between Memorial Day and Labor Day!

Amenities included:
Towels and linens are provided. Linens include pillow cases, top sheet, and fitted sheet. Towels include bath towel, hand towel, and wash towel (1 set per guest).

Kitchen: utensils, cookware, dishes, multi-cup coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, deep fryer and paper towels. Bathrooms-toilet paper & hand soap

Awesome property. The listing and photos were 100% accurate. The golf cart was a game changer. It holds a charge for a long time and will travel all around the town at the posted speed limit. It was so fast and easy to get to the beach. Definitely recommend this property.

Great house and host

We loved this house and the golf cart was a big plus for getting around the island. The house was very clean and the host replied quickly with any questions. We also paid for our pet but unfortunately she got sick and had to put her down, the owners were kind enough to refund our pet fee. Great host

Starfish Stay

The house was well decorated, clean, and well organized. There are a few areas that could be addressed. When we arrived, the trash can smell was so strong that it consumed the whole front area of the house. The use of the golf cart was great, but parking was hard to find, even with the listing of additional parking spots in the house binder. If you got to the beach early do not park in the upper spots, in the Spartanburg Beach area, as it is a challenge to back out, due to other golf carts and bicycles. The back-up horn on the golf cart is to loud!

4-20-25 Easter trip

Beautiful place to stay. Amenities great and bonus with the golf cart. Without it, we would have had a very difficult time making it down to the beach a half a mile. The only thing is the home is so close to a busy road. Lots of construction going on while we were there & people do NOT do 25mph. Also, there is not much of an area to sit outside with two toddlers & two dogs. Other than that, I would totally recommend. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful Rental

We had a wonderful time at Starfish Villa. The unit had everything, including bikes, beach chair, beach towels and a dog crate! The golf cart made getting around easy and convenient. The unit was clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect! We enjoyed being so close to the beach, park and running trail. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to CB!

Great weekend getaway!

Very nice space that we found up to date and clean. No issues at all. Only thing would be the listing says fenced in back yard but it is a very small area with a grill and stones/mulch on ground so not big enough for our dog to run around.. but other than that it was great! Loved having the golf cart and close proximity to beach

Great Time Away!

We took a weekend to get away as a family. This place was perfect for our time together. There were games and a game console downstairs for the kids. The golfcart was a favorite for our kids, and made the trip over to the beach a breeze! We will be staying again.
