Amazing views from this beach house. Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

We also rent the Lower unit.

Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.

Beautiful property

We love everything about this property. Ocean front with its own beach access, huge covered patio on the back side of the house, beautifully decorated, and it is north of the Boardwalk so the beach wasn’t as crowded. Will definitely visit this property again!!

LOTS OF RED FLAGS-read reviews

1st and most appalling: Owner is an insurance scammer. He filed a bedding insurance claim against us over damage not from us.2nd: The house is multiple levels, which honestly I did not notice at time of booking. I had to go knock on the downstairs door at 10:45pm because the other renters were being so loud. I could hear their music thumping through my pillow. They were kind and by the time I got back to bed, I never heard another sound. 3rd: Owners call and have a conversation with you. Then they set up a group text and asked for your ID to check in. After sending my ID multiple times the code was finally sent in a long text. They made it much more difficult than necessary to check in.4th: The house was not as clean as they claim. Side table had cobwebs and dust all on the bottom. 5th: A man cleaning walked in our house Saturday (our stay was Fri-sun) around 11am and said “Wrong house” to my 8 year old who saw him. 6th: We all had to use 1 shower because one shower doesn’t have a light. Location is great.
