2 DAY Minimum RENTALS AVAILABLE during certain periods this summer! Check Calendar and/rates!This is the best location on the island. Walking distance to the Boardwalk, and OCEANFRONT!! The beach in front of this condo is very nice and wide not like some other locations on the island. We offer weekly rates and 2 min stay rates during certain weeks. Access code will be provided for the keyless entry locks. Linens and bath towels included. Just bring your beach towels. GET YOUR VACATION STARTED EARLY THIS YEAR - WE ARE OFFERING A CHECK-IN TIME OF 3:00 TO GUESTS EVEN DURING HIGH SEASON. ENJOY YOUR FIRST DAY INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR YOUR PLACE TO BE READY AT 4:00-6:00PM!!!!Enjoy the nice wide beautiful beach (not wide everywhere). Just one flight of stairs makes it easy to move in and out of this large end-unit condo. Lots of windows offer plenty of natural light. Enjoy the pool, the beach, or take a stroll to the boardwalk. This unit offers expanded cable and free high speed internet service. There are TV's in both bedrooms. If you are traveling with children, you will be glad to note that there is a LIFEGUARD stand near our building. The condo has a newer granite countertops, beds, and mattresses. Both baths have been remodeled. Comfortable mattresses and bedding promise a great night's sleep. It offers 2 full beds, 1 king. Also has a private deck off the master bedroom which looks down Carolina Beach Ave, and has a slight canal view.

Frequent visits to Carolina Beach

Great property and clean. Super convenient to everything. We were able to walk to dinner several nights and the boardwalk more than once. Easy beach access and great at supplying whats needed for the week. Owner was easy to contact and helpful. Would recommend and will return to this property.

Right on the Beach!

We had a great stay here - only rained on the 1st day we arrived - other than that the weather was great! The Condo was convenient to the boardwalk, you could walk to area restaurants.The only drawback was the parking situation - parking in tandem with other renters was not convenient - you can get blocked in and not be able to use your car if they don't answer their phone. But other than that we had a good time

Loved the accomodations, spent ti m e with my parents in their 80s and very particular, they felt comfortable to visit. Clean and spacious, all amenities, dishwasher, washer dryer, and heatcool working and easy to adjust/use. Easy access to beatiful beach front restaurants, aquarium, fort fisher, carolina beach state park, and rec center by the publuc bldg and police. And dont forget the ride to southport on the fort fisher ferry, orton plantation, shopping in wilmingtom and bald head island. A must return!!

The location was close to the boardwalk and it was great to be on the beach. The condo was clean and provided nice chairs. We enjoyed the covered porch looking out to the beach and water. The layout was perfect. We really don't have anything bad to say other than it was a little crooked/uneven, probably due to settling. But overall amazing. We will return.

Loved the deck with ocean breezes

My husband, adult daughter, and I rented this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo to get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The beds slept well and the sheets were soft. We especially enjoyed the cool ocean breezes as we sat outside on the deck.

A great dose of vitamin sea!!!

Lovely condo with views of the ocean just beyond the dunes that had a brand new (4/23) walkway
 first floor meant only one flight of stairs, but that meant some street noise from main bedroom
 the beds were wonderful! Nicely furnished for our family of five to enjoy a mini-vacay
 walking distance to several restaurants
 it is on our radar for future trips!!!
