Enjoy our little piece of paradise! Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo! Clean & spacious.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, stainless appliances, full size washer/dryer and all of the comforts of home. NEW dishwasher!

Kitchen has a blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker (regular drip & Keurig) and all cookware/housewares. Wine glasses, champagne glasses & margarita glasses for your favorite libation! 4 stainless steel bar stools where your family can gather in the kitchen!

55” TV with Upgraded smart TV, some local channels and bring your streaming passwords. DVD player in the Living Room and a few old school movies! Primary Bedroom has NEW 42”Roku TV. Lots of movie options with Roku, WiFi included. Roku TV in 2nd bedroom.

2 spacious bedrooms to accommodate your family! Primary bedroom offers a King Bed and also has a private balcony and full bath. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress. Another full bathroom, with full-size washer/dryer, just off the main hallway.

Iron & Ironing Board, hair dryer and convenient drying rack provided. We provide luxurious towels, linens and all bedding (extras in the closet). Luggage racks in both bedrooms.

Bring your own beach chairs and towels (we used to supply them but they keep getting damaged/misplaced). Paradise Island Rentals rents beach chairs and umbrellas by the day or week, tell them the address and they will set them up for you on the beach with your name on the umbrella, great service. We also have a small Weber charcoal grill that you can use in the designated grill area near the parking deck. The grill and a small beach cooler are in the closet on the patio, off the primary bedroom.

Inside the condo you will find playing cards, games, books & movies for your family to enjoy!

Sweeping ocean views on the balcony, with high-top dining table & 4 chairs, plus another seating area for 2 off primary bedroom.
Ease of access on the first floor, beautiful oceanfront view and private access to the beach via a brand-new walkway, all just steps from the front door. Two reserved parking spaces. Only six blocks from the CB Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants, weekly fireworks and entertainment.

Kathy our host was very responsive to questions. The home was as described. If is very clean. The finishes inside are very nice. Beds are comfortable as is the couch and chairs. Very nice deck furniture. Parking is a little tight, but manageable unless you have bigger than F150. And it is only 90 steps to the beach. Close to resturants and boardwalk. It was our 2nd stay here, stayed in 2022 also.

This was a lovely place to stay! It exceeded our expectations by far! It was very clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was so peaceful. My family of three had a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect. We were able to be on the beach everyday. Our only excursion was a sunset cruise that pulled out of the harbor that we walked to. I’d highly recommend it. We are also donuts for breakfast at the beach people. The donuts at Wake N Bake near the Food Lion were so good we went there twice. We also got Britt’s which were good more like a funnel cake experience. The condo was very nice. Linens were good. Decor was tasteful. Loved the balcony and the chairs and table out there were nice. I loved being very close to the beach. I went out for at least two sunrises which were breathtaking. Once we got home, we realized that my daughter left her precious stuffed animal that she’s had since she was 2 and is now 19. I messaged Kathy and she messaged her housekeeper. We confirmed with pictures that a dear animal was there and the next day Kathy mailed him to us and he arrived safely. We were so grateful. I would recommend this place again. Thanks, Kathy!

Home away from home

Staying in this condo was very comfortable - it was clean, close to the beach and the boardwalk, and the property manager was easy to communicate with about check in/out. Our family would highly recommend this rental property and plan on returning next summer.

Great visit at Carolina Beach

My husband’s family used to spend a week every summer at Carolina Beach for Beach Bingo and Britt’s donuts. We hadn’t been back in years but found this wonderful updated oceanfront condo. The furniture was great and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the boardwalk and easy drive to good food. Host was very attentive and quick to respond.

Great condo

My friend and I went down for a grls' trip and had a great time. The condo was lovely, and the master bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and I really liked the keyless entry as it was so convenient! The end of the beach where the condo is located is quiet and less crowded, but it took us less than 15 minutes to walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay again!

My beach week

The condo was immaculate! It was decorated very nicely. The primary bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The sheets were amazing! How ever, the same can’t be said for the other bed. Sorry. The sheets didn’t fit properly and the bed was noisy! Any movement resulted in squeaks and thumping! Other tan that, it was very comfortable and well-equipped with the necessary equipment!❀

Great apartment by the beach and super host

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and very easy to check in. It is on the beach with a great ocean view and you can walk to bars and restaurants. Kathy is so nice and I strongly recommend following her restaurant suggestions. We couldn't dream of a nicer way to spend few days by beautiful Carolina Beach.

The Best Surprise Was No Surprise!

The condo was perfect and a welcoming haven for us to simply let our cares float away with the surf. The cleanliness was exemplary and the convenience to everywhere really appreciated. Kathy was responsive and accessible when needed. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Only the unwelcome presence of Hurricane Helene was disappointing - everything else was wonderful!
