Oceanfront Oasis: Luxurious Beach Retreat-Stunning Views/Private Beach Access!

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo sleeps 5. Enjoy the 180 degree wrap around deck with panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean! The amazing wraparound oceanfront deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee at sunrise or cocktails in the evening while watching the kids swim in the pool. Direct private beach access is just outside. Open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. We just installed in 2023 a soft water system, as well as a drinking water Kinetico reverse osmosis filtration system under the kitchen sink. The drinking water can be accessed through the small faucet located on the upper right corner. The system is tied to the icemaker in the freezer as well. The water tastes great and you can rest assured that it is free from contaminants. The main living area features a living room with 2 vinyl sliders, providing incredible ocean views and dual access to the large covered wraparound deck; an oceanfront dining area; a brand new 55 inch Smart TV with cable and adjustable swivel wall mount, brand new (in 2026) leather sofa and 2 beautiful, comfy swivel accent chairs. Renovation in 2022 includes brand new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops with barstool seating, updated backsplash, brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances, including full size stackable washer/dryer and beach friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout condo. Both full bathrooms have been completely renovated with designer tile, new vanities with quartz tops, and brand new fixtures and accessories. Master bathroom features walk-in shower with glass door and guest bathroom features brand new tub with sliding glass doors. Master en suite bedroom features king bed (new in 2026) and 48 inch Smart TV with cable and second bedroom queen bed (2024) with twin trundle bed underneath (2026) and 43 inch Smart TV with Spectrum app. Outdoor pool and direct private beach access just right outside the door. Deck features two Adirondack chairs, two bar height chairs with table and dining table with four chairs, brand new for the 2022 season. The complex is on a nice wide strand of the beach (re-nourished in April 2022), there are three restaurants right across the street, and is within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake, Saturday Farmer's Market, downtown restaurants & shops, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the Ocean Grill & famous Tiki Bar! This lovely high end property is the perfect beach getaway.

This is one of the cleanest beach properites that we have stayed at as a family. The cookware is nice and both k cup and drip machine in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and a great view make this a perfect family location.

Great to look out at the beach while you have your breakfast. The condo is compact but functional. Easy walk to several restaurants and be sure to check out The Veggie Wagon.

Such a great place!

I really want to gate keep on this gem of a condo so it's available when I book again! The location is great, the condo was bright and airy and well stocked and Holden was always accessible and very responsive. I loved sitting on the deck! It was the perfect location for a family trip. If you're on the fence, I can assure you, this condo is worth booking.

Great Location!

The Condo was in the perfect location close enough to walk to the boardwalk but far enough away to not have to worry about a crowded beach. My husband loved enjoying the view of the beach while drinking his morning coffee on the wrap around porch. There were lots of great places to eat close by and the Host had very helpful suggestions. Thanks to Holden our family now has a new favorite burger spot!

Beautifully appointed condo in a prime location of the Sand Pebble complex. Host was proactive and attentive. Restaurants within walking distance; though if you decide to walk to the boardwalk you will either need to walk in the street or walk down the beach. Will stay again. Will recommend.
